With Season 3, Vol. 1 due out in two weeks, Paramount has announced a November 10th release date for The Untouchables - Season 3, Vol. 2.

The 4 disc set will contain the last half of Season 3. It will retail for 9.99, but it's available at ClassicFlix.com for only 9.99.
