With back-to-back releases in the fall of 2005 and May of 2006 for seasons 1 & 2 of Leave it to Beaver, fans of the popular series could never have imagined that future releases would be put on hold. But they were -- and for four years we heard nothing.

But now Shout Factory has stepped in and licensed the series from Universal and have announced a June 15th release date for Leave It to Beaver - Season 3. Bonus features are not yet known, but some are likely.

The six-disc set will retail for 9.97, but is available at ClassicFlix.com for only 7.99.

Also of note, Shout has tentatively set June 30th for the release of the entire series on DVD in a 37-disc set. Pricing is not yet known, so stay tuned for more details.
