MPI has announced a September 30th re-release date for the first season of The Donna Reed Show.

Running from 1958-1966, The Donna Reed Show remains a staple for fans of American family sitcoms.

Originally put out five years ago by Virgil Films, and long since out-of-print, MPI took over licensing of the show in 2012 with the debut of season five.

This set is presumed to contain five-discs as well as never-before-seen bonus features. There's no word on when the remaining seasons Virgil Films put out will come through MPI.
