    Criterion has announced an August 4th street date for both versions of Night and the City on DVD and Blu-Ray. The studio continues the trend of upgrading their first spate of releases to 2-disc DVDs as well as transfering them to Blu.     Flicker Alley has announced a release date of October 27th for Sherlock Holmes starring William Gillette.     Film Chest has unveiled 70 uncut episodes of the 1959 sci-fi anthology One Step Beyond. VCI released a two-disc set of select episodes back in 2003 while Paramount debuted the complete first season in 2009. There's no reveal as to what seasons these episodes derive from, but the fervant demand and praise for Film Chest's latest set, released this past April, sounds promising.
