    Shout! Factory has announced an April 19th release date for Daniel Boone - Season 1. Shout Factory looks to be taking up licensing on the title. Individual seasons were originally released through Liberation Entertainment in 2006, and a complete series set debuted via 20th Century Fox in 2014.   • BLU NOIR: Upgraded Kansas City Confidential from Film Detective

    The Film Detective has announced the release of the 1952 film noir Kansas City Confidential on Blu-Ray on January 25th.The stellar cast includes John Payne, Coleen Gray and Preston Foster as well as three of the best bad guys to ever grace the silver screen: Neville Brand, Lee Van Cleef and Jack Elam.  The new transfer will be an upgrade from the Film Chest release that came out in 2011.
