  • First Color Season of Gunsmoke Debuts in September

    Paramount is getting back in the saddle with Marshal Dillon, announcing a September 20th street date for volumes one and two of Gunsmoke, Season 12. This marks the first season that the long-running Western, which aired for twenty seasons between 1955-1975, was filmed in color. The studio debuted season 11 last December.
