It appears as TCM/Warner has struck a deal with Castle Hill Productions as TCM is now listing The House Across the Bay (1940), a Castle Hill property, with an April 30th release date. The title is exclusive to TCM's website, but will be available for rent here at ClassicFlix.com. It is not clear if it is a pressed DVD or DVD-R, but it will have bonus features (below) similar to TCM's Lost and Found RKO Collection which is DVD-R.
