  • The Man From U.N.C.L.E. - Season Two Arrives in February

    Warner has announced February 2nd as the release date for the complete second season of the 1964 television spy series, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. The studio continues releasing the series on individual season sets after putting out the complete series (coming in a suitcase, no less) back in 2008. All 30 episodes will be contained on ten discs. Bonus footage has not been specified.

  • TCM VAULT: Horror Double Feature Arrives in November

    TCM and Universal will release Barbara Stanwyck's The Night Walker (1964) and Leslie Nielsen in Dark Intruder (1965) as part of a two film horror double feature. This marks the DVD debut of both films. Unlike past releases from the TCM Vault series, there's no indication this release will have bonus material. Since this is a TCM Shop exclusive ClassicFlix will carry the DVD as rental only starting November 24th.

  • CRITERION: Gilda Debuts on Blu-Ray in January

    Criterion has announced a January 19th street date for Rita Hayworth's Gilda on DVD and Blu-Ray. Originally released by Sony in 2000, this marks the debut of the film noir drama as part of the Criterion Collection as well as on Blu. Unlike past Criterion releases, the DVD will be a single disc like the Blu. Bonus features are planned to accompany each disc (below).
